How does billing work?
Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle from the day you subscribe. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time, and any change takes effect on your next renewal date.
How are seat and storage overages charged?
Exactly as shown in the breakdown above: $12.00 per extra seat per month and $0.40 per GB beyond your plan's included storage. Overages are metered daily and itemized on every invoice — never estimated or bundled.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrades apply immediately and we prorate the difference for the rest of your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep the features you paid for until then.
How much do I save on annual billing?
